Garrison Bay Resort
Garrison Bay Resort is a small RV & Mobile Home Park on the west side of Mille Lacs Lake, walking distance to downtown Garrison.
We purchased the property in 2017, remodeled the main house and continue to make improvements and add amenities to the resort.
In 2023, we developed 4 acres into 22 more Seasonal RV sites with individual hookups to sewer, water and electricity.
River Town Villas of Hanover
We purchased this property in 2019 and have gone through the process to subdivide it into 18 building lots for single family homes. We are now in the process of building and selling the homes.
The homes are one-level villas with quality finishes such as oversized Marvin Windows and patio doors, LP Smartside, heated floors, and custom cabinets.
Wits Office
We purchased this property in 2021 and renovated it into a beautiful office coworking space.
The building has about 12, 000 sq ft. Half has been built-out into private offices and conference rooms, and the other half is common area with a large kitchen, beer and kombucha on tap, golf simulator, and drop-in space.
